Past President of the Monterey County Trial Lawyers Association, Tom Nash has been trying and winning cases in Monterey County for over 21 years. His offices are conveniently located in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea in Heather Glen Court on Mission Street north of Eighth.
Tom is Past President of the Monterey County Trial Lawyers Association, a former Carmel-by-the-Sea Planning Commissioner, served for many years as the Monterey Bar Association representative on the board of the Sixth District Appellate Panel and is a long time listed contributor to the authoritative California Drunk Driving Law by Kuwach, Burglin and Simons. He belongs to numerous professional organizations including the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, California DUI Lawyers Association and California Attorneys for Criminal Justice.
Mr. Nash is the third generation of his family to practice law and the great-nephew of the late Kenneth L. Nash, Former Chief Justice of the District Court System of Massachusetts.
Known widely in Monterey County as the DUI Guy because of his expertise and winning record in Driving under the Influence Cases, he continues to represent clients in other areas of Criminal Defense, such as Domestic Violence, Drug and Narcotic Offenses and many other misdemeanor and felony matters.
